Support Response
Support Response provides remedial telephone and remote access support for a fixed cost subscription. System administration assistance and on-site remedial support are charged at an hourly rate when required. Support Response is best suited to companies with dedicated internal IT personnel capable of the day to day support and administration of the network, but wish to have access to more specialist support when the need arises.
Provides:
- Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response
- Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes of escalation
- Escalated to chargeable site visit as specified in Service Level agreement
- Service review meeting every four months
Support Response Plus
Support Response Plus provides remedial telephone support, remote access support and remote administration assistance for a fixed cost subscription. On-site remedial support and administration are charged at an hourly rate when required. Support Response Plus is best suited to companies who have limited internal resources for IT support and wish to have all remote support and administration provided for a fixed cost. This support level also provides the benefits of remote system monitoring and the ability to pre-purchase on-site visits at a reduced cost.
Provides:
- Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response
- Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes of escalation
- Escalated to chargeable site visit as specified in Service Level agreement
- Monthly remote health checks for specified servers
- Remote proactive monitoring of Servers
- Remote systems administration
- Service review meeting every four months
Support Outsource
Support Outsource provides remedial support and administration assistance both remotely and on-site for a fixed cost subscription. Support Outsource is suited to companies who have limited internal resources for IT support and administration and wish to have all remedial support and system administration provided for a fixed cost. This support level also provides the benefits of remote system monitoring and the ability to pre-purchase on-site visits at a reduced cost.
