Response Plus

Support Response Plus provides remedial telephone support, remote access support and remote administration assistance for a fixed cost subscription. On-site remedial support and administration are charged at an hourly rate when required.

Support Response Plus is best suited to companies who have limited internal resources for IT support and wish to have all remote support and administration provided for a fixed cost. This support level also provides the benefits of remote system monitoring and the ability to pre-purchase on-site visits at a reduced cost.

Support Response Plus provides:

 Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response
 Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes of escalation
 Escalated to chargeable site visit as specified in Service Level agreement
 Monthly remote health checks for specified servers
 Remote proactive monitoring of Servers
 Remote systems administration
 Service review meeting every four months
