This support level also provides the benefits of remote system monitoring and the ability to pre-purchase on-site visits at a reduced cost.

Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes from escalation Escalated to site visit as specified in Service Level agreement Monthly remote health checks for specified servers Remote proactive monitoring of Servers Remote systems administration On-site system administration Service review meeting every four months
