Support Outsource

Support Outsource provides remedial support and administration assistance both remotely and on-site for a fixed cost subscription.

Support Outsource is suited to companies who have limited internal resources for IT support and administration and wish to have all remedial support and system administration provided for a fixed cost. This support level also provides the benefits of remote system monitoring and the ability to pre-purchase on-site visits at a reduced cost.

Support Outsource provides:

 Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response
 Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes from escalation
 Escalated to site visit as specified in Service Level agreement
 Monthly remote health checks for specified servers
 Remote proactive monitoring of Servers
 Remote systems administration
 On-site system administration
 Service review meeting every four months
