Support Response provides remedial telephone and remote access support for a fixed cost subscription. System administration assistance and on-site remedial support are charged at an hourly rate when required.
Support Response is best suited to companies with dedicated internal IT personnel capable of the day-to-day support and administration of the network, but wish to have access to more specialist support when the need arises.
Support Response provides:
Unlimited telephone support with 30 minute response
Remote support and diagnostics within 30 minutes of escalation
Escalated to chargeable site visit as specified in Service Level Agreement
Service review meeting every four months.
